Price reflects the weekly rate. We were in the newer back section. The sites are wide enough for slide-outs but not all sites can extend their awning. We were on an end site but a tree was in the way. The check-in process was the quickest I have ever experienced and the staff was extremely nice and always present. All utilities and services worked well. We would stay here again.
The park and sites are easy to get in and out with room to park your vehicle. We stayed 3 days and were greeted warmly by the manager. We thought the park looked fine but he wants to make improvements. Our Sprint phones and Verizon Air Card worked well. The water and electric service was good. Antenna TV is limited to a few stations out of Casper. We will stay again if we come back this way.
We stayed here 3 nights. The owners were very friendly and helpful and were busy with landscaping during our stay. Our Sprint phone had 1 bar, the same as our Verizon Air Card. They said their Wi-Fi was having problems: it was slower than dial-up, even at 5:30 a.m. The sites are easy in and out, and the water and electric worked well.
The price reflects the monthly rate, plus metered electricity. We had some problems with water pressure but they were addressed quickly. We were in a front pull-through where the sites are short and narrow but the back sites are long enough for your tow to park behind. Our Sprint phones and Verizon Air card worked well. The water was good and the 50 amp electric consistent. This park is owned by a retirement age couple trying to run a 100-acre farm with crops and cattle plus the RV park, B & B, and cabins. We saw them work very hard during our stay. They were always very pleasant with us. We enjoyed evening walks along the farm roads past the rushing streams, crops and cattle. Since we grew up around it, the old farm equipment sitting out back did not bother us, we found it very interesting.
There's no sewer at this park, but it was still a bargain for one night. We arrived early and saw the Trail Ruts, Register Cliff and Fort Laramie. Our Sprint phones would not work but our Verizon Air Card did. They said Verizon was the only game in the area.
This looks like a great park for children. We used it as a base to explore Antelope Island so we can't comment on the waterpark. We had good service with our Sprint phone and Verizon Air Card. It was very crowded with vehicles parked wherever they could and with the narrow roads and RV spaces, it could be tight for some larger rigs.
We stayed a week. The owner was friendly and helpful. We had good antenna reception and channel choices as well as good reception on our Sprint cell phones and Verizon Air Card. The water was good and the sewer and 50 amp service worked as they should. The grounds were well kept. We didn't use the restrooms. There is no laundry but one is next door. It's a great base camp for southern Utah attractions. We will definitely stay here again.
This is a great park for exploring the area. The sites are gravel but level and the grounds and facilities are well-maintained. A nearby trail system around the edge of the Mesa offers an awesome view of the Colorado River and the Lake Powell Dam. We stayed a week and will return.
They have opened a section with 50amp hook-ups. This is a scenic location with a great cafe on the water. There is a beautiful park along the water and a boat ramp. Our Sprint phones and Verizon Air Card worked well. We would stay here again.
The convenient location worked well to tour the area and the price was right considering how expensive the other area parks are. We did not attend a nightly dinner show. We thought the price was high considering it was performed by local students. The antique store has been closed indefinitely. This park needs maintenance on the unlevel sites and should replace machines the laundry room. The long term residents did not pose any problem during our stay.
We were here a week at the Passport America rate. Sites are level, gravel pull-throughs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The park is neat and clean. Our Sprint phones and Verizon air card worked well. A large Camping World is next door. There is construction on the exit so we will call for information before we stay again in October.
We parked facing a huge red rock wall. There is a nice hike to Church Rock. We enjoyed watching the colonies of prairie dogs. Even though this park is in a canyon our Verizon air card worked well, the Sprint cell phones were spotty. The negative was the panhandlers who had the nerve to knock on our RV doors wanting gas money. You could smell what kind of gas they wanted to buy. The city workers will come by your RV to collect the rent, just make sure they arrived in an official city vehicle and give you a receipt.
This is just off the interstate and convenient to area attractions. We stayed four days in a pull-through site. The managers were very helpful and friendly. Our Sprint phones and Verizon Air Card worked. We did not use the facilities so we can't comment on them. We will stop here again on our way through.
This park actually sits behind and a block east of another park on Route 66. You can turn by the other park or go through a run down motel in front of it. We stayed in a long pull-through which had been two sites but could be used by two units traveling together. The manager is such a friendly and helpful guy. He appears to be working hard on improvements. We will stay here again on our route east.
